15/08/2011: Call for new furniture and household donations ahead of revamp
My Image

Kilbryde Hospice is asking South Lanarkshire residents to consider donating unwanted household goods when you next upgrade or clear out.  With the Kilbryde Hospice clothing and media shop stealing pride of place within the East Kilbride Shopping Centre, it is often easy to overlook the furniture shop which is situated just beyond the side entrance to WH Smith and along from Imries and Oxfam.  Anyone who does visit will find great bargains amongst the regular supply of good quality furniture.

Kilbryde Hospice is planning to re vamp the store in order to provide a wider range of household goods including soft furnishings, bric a brac and some electrical goods, as well as the existing furniture range.  With free uplifts available for all sellable goods and a bargain delivery rate for bought goods, donating and buying your home furnishings from Kilbryde Hospice shops couldn’t be any easier.

Donna Hegarty, Business Development Manager with Kilbryde Hospice commented, ‘With every donation and purchase from the hospice shops leading directly to supporting care services within the current day hospice drop-in centre, and expanding the current range of services once the new hospice building is complete, every donation and purchase really will make a big difference.  Please think of Kilbryde Hospice when you have good quality goods you no longer need.’

To arrange a collection of your sellable goods please contact the Kilbryde Hospice Shop on 01355 571477 or see in store for details.
